1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between the bgo33 platform ("Site", "Platform") and any user ("Member", "you"). Accessing the site, creating an account, or playing any game means you fully accept all terms of this Agreement.

The meaning of certain key terms used in this Agreement is clarified below:

• "Platform" — The bgo33 website and all related services.
• "Member" — A person who has registered an active account on the Platform.
• "Real Money" — Funds deposited and withdrawable in real currency.
• "Bonus Funds" — Additional credits granted under a promotional offer, which cannot be withdrawn before certain conditions are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount that must be wagered before winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 21 years old. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts and any balances held in them being forfeited.

• bgo33 may request additional information or documents for identity verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
• If any information provided at registration changes at a later date, you must notify the support team promptly.

3 Account Security & Password

Maintaining the security of your bgo33 account is entirely your responsibility. The following rules must be followed:

• Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
• Use a strong password — one made up of a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Always log out after using a public computer or shared device.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• Your account is for your personal use only — allowing anyone else to use it is not permitted.

You are fully responsible for all activity carried out under your account. bgo33 is not liable for any loss caused by unauthorised access unless it can be proven that the loss resulted from a fault on the Platform itself.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bgo33 platform are processed through popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh.

• Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet).
• Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳200 for each method.
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In certain cases, the verification process may take longer.
• Withdrawal requests will always be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The account used for depositing and the destination for withdrawal must belong to the same person — withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Keep the transaction reference number when making a deposit. If any issue arises, providing that information to the support team will help resolve it faster.

5 Bonus & Promotion Policy

bgo33 offers various promotional offers for registered members. The following conditions must be met to enjoy these bonuses:

Welcome Bonus:

• A 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,200 — total balance ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳34,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳54,000.

Wagering Requirement:

• You must wager 20 times the bonus amount — not the deposit amount or total balance.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• A time limit applies for completing the wagering requirement — the validity period will be communicated when the offer is accepted.

• Each bonus can only be used once — attempting to claim the same offer more than once will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• bgo33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Bonus balance is tracked separately from real money. To withdraw winnings from bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be met.
• In any dispute relating to promotions, bgo33's decision will be considered final.

6 Gaming Policy & Fair Play

bgo33 is known as a fair play platform. All members must follow the gaming policy below:

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) — no outcome is predetermined.
• Once a game has started, bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is incomplete due to a technical fault, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• If the internet connection is lost, the game result is saved on the server and can be viewed upon reconnecting.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the server log will be used as the final evidence.
• The rules of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming) also apply.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited in the interest of platform integrity and the protection of all members:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account by the same person or from the same device is not allowed.
• Bonus Abuse: Using counter-betting or risk-free strategies for the purpose of meeting bonus wagering requirements.
• Fraudulent Payments: Making deposits using false or stolen payment details.
• Software Manipulation: Using any automated software, bots, or hacking tools to influence game outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of legitimising illegal funds.
• Fraudulent Information: Providing false information during registration or the verification process.

8 Responsible Gaming

bgo33 believes that gambling is an entertainment activity — not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Only play with money you can afford to lose.
• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for yourself.
• You should not wager more in an attempt to recover lost money — this can make the situation worse.
• Avoid playing while under the influence of alcohol or when under emotional stress.
• If needed, you can ask the support team for a temporary break or Self-Exclusion.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

bgo33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If any term of this Agreement is violated.
• If the member does not cooperate with the identity verification process.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request (through a self-exclusion or account closure application).

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bgo33 accepts no liability for the following:

• Disruption to games or transactions due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• Service disruptions from third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• Loss caused by a member's own negligence or disclosure of login credentials.
• Force Majeure events — service interruption due to natural disasters, cyber attacks, or government directives.

bgo33 may temporarily suspend services at any time for maintenance purposes. Where possible, prior notice will be given.

11 Policy on Changes to Terms

bgo33 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The following procedure will be followed when changes are made:

• A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes.
• Continuing to use the platform after the updated terms have been published will be considered as the member's acceptance of the new terms.
• No change will affect a member's existing valid balance or any ongoing bonus.
• If a member does not agree with the new terms, they may request to close their account.
